Yes.I cd see some unique Mandirs like Nano Shankar on the Bank of Godavari..highly ignored but an amazing old temple..since there were many more temples I decided to make a visit to Pandav Caves up 3000 feet above near Nasik..what a cave some 2000 yrs back..I am writing the next blog on that unique Monsatery..canr imagine how they carved out such a cave some 2000 yrs back that to in a godforsaken place!tks for your comments.

Thank you sir... excellent write-up and snaps.
I grew up in Nasik and have been to this temple many times. The drive from Nasik to Trimbak is not too long, just 35 km, but it's a winding road and a sense of peace descends on you as you approach.

There's are a few other spots nearby worth seeing. One is Anjineri, considered the birthplace of Lord Hanuman and Jawhar, which has a beautiful palace.

cheers,

Keshav

We had gone to Shirdi via Nasik.Had we known about Triambakeshwar  that it was so near Nasik we could have seen the Jyothirlingam.I regret for having missed a golden chance.
Thanks for a neat description of the temple and related coloured photographs.
